Hi! My name is Peter Savage, and I am an undergraduate engineer, studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Portsmouth. I have several years experience in aeromodelling, as well as other engineering related hobbies such as electronics and mechanical design.
My Family has had a rich background in engineering and woodwork, my father makes musical instruments and clocks, and works at a large engineering company, as did my late uncle, and as did my grandad. It is what I was destined to be and I love it.

About Me I have always had a passion for aviation since as long as I can remember, model aircraft being the only way I could afford to enjoy aviation. More recently I have gotten into Paragliding which is about the most affordable way of getting into aviation. It is such an extraordinary feeling, especially as I have never actually been up in a plane. For the first time you've left the ground, to be able to see everything around you and a very vast and wide horizon infront of you is undescribable.
Unfortunately my university do not have a paragliding club, despite it's close proximity to the South Downs, where my training days took place, so I have had to find something else to fill my time! Thanks to both the cost of car insurance (My pride and joy has been sorn ;-( ) and the steal that is the train service, I would not be able to go anyway.
I have since joined the University of Portsmouth Sub Aqua Club with the sight of becoming a BSAC qualified Ocean Diver, following on from a BSAC Basic Snorkel Diver I took back in 2003.
As mentioned earlier I LOVE my car. I didn't buy it to get places, I bought it to tinker with! And it being french I have had plenty to do! I've watched and helped my dad fix the family cars since before I can remember and I have watched nearly every wheeler dealers episode there is!
